Floor Polishing in UAE

Specify the rooms, cleaning frequency and whether laundry, ironing or bed changes are required. Compare the visit duration and task list, not simply the number of cleaners.

List high-touch areas, built-up grease, bathroom scale and hard-to-reach spaces. Ask whether appliance interiors, cupboard interiors and balcony cleaning are included; these are often separate scope decisions.

State whether the property will be empty, your handover date and whether cupboards, appliances and balconies need attention. Coordinate water, electricity and key access.

Specify the number and height of windows, internal or external cleaning, frames and access. Ask how high or difficult-to-reach glazing will be handled.

State carpet dimensions, fibre type if known, stains and whether it is fitted carpet or a loose rug. Confirm collection, furniture moving and drying arrangements.

Share the sofa size, fabric care label and type of staining. Ask about fabric testing, the proposed cleaning method, drying time and any limitations on stain removal.

State the mattress sizes, quantities, fabric details and staining. Ask about the method, drying period and what the service can and cannot remove.

Provide curtain dimensions, material and care labels. Confirm whether cleaning happens on site or off site and whether removal and rehanging are included.

Identify tile material, grout condition, affected area and staining; ask whether resealing or grout repairs are separate from cleaning.

Share the marble type if known, floor area and etching or scratches; request a sample finish and clarify polishing versus repair or sealing.

Describe the surface and area, drainage and available water access; ask how delicate finishes, joints and nearby plants will be protected.

Describe the tank location, capacity if known and access. Ask the specialist for the cleaning scope, isolation arrangements and completion records.

Explain the premises and intended purpose; request product information, preparation instructions and realistic service limitations rather than a promise of a germ-free property.
